Welded fittings are used to create sealed pipe connections and connect appliances, equipment and containers. They are irreplaceable on sections of pipelines operating in aggressive and abrasive environments, at high pressure and temperature, vibration, shock and other mechanical loads. They are used in the chemical, petrochemical, food, and metallurgical industries.

ALFA-STAR company offers the following types of welded fittings made of stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12(08)X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN and GOST standards:

• the collars are stainless. They are used for joining pipes of different diameters, in connections with free flanges and for connecting containers. The use of a collar complete with a free flange allows the latter to be used in a cheaper material, which reduces the cost of connection;
• taps. They are used to organize turns of the pipeline at a given angle, most often by 90 degrees. In our assortment — 90o electric-welded DIN and seamless GOST bends;
• stainless steel transitions. Provide a smooth and safe transition from one pipe diameter to another. We offer DIN and GOST transitions of two types: concentric for connecting pipes whose axes coincide, and eccentric, used for sections with offset axes;
• welded tees. They are used to separate the flow of the working medium in the pipeline. We supply electric-welded DIN and seamless GOST tees;
• elliptical steel plugs DIN and GOST. Designed to create dead-end sections of the pipeline; used as the bottom of tanks. The shape of the flattened hemisphere allows you to properly distribute the pressure in the pipeline and withstand a hydraulic shock. They work at a load of up to 16 MPa.
