ALFA-STAR company offers consumables for cutting and welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel. A wide range of products ensures the right choice of material for different technological processes and different metals. We supply:

• tungsten electrodes with additives of lanthanum oxide (lanthanated), thorium oxide (thoriated) and yttrium oxide (yttriated). Lanthanated electrodes are used for welding stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys on alternating and direct current devices; thoriated — for black and stainless steel, copper, titanium on direct current; yttriated — for welding aluminum and its alloys on alternating current and stainless steel — on constant current;
• stainless steel welding wire. Welding wire is used as an electrode replacement, as well as as an additive material. We offer TIG 308 Cromatig 308LSi and TIG Croimatig 316LSi additive for argon arc welding and MIG Cromamig 308LSi and MIG 316 for semi-automatic welding;
• cutting discs for metal cutting on angle grinders (USM, or grinder) and cutting machines. The outer diameter of the disc is from 115 to 230 mm, the diameter of the nozzle hole is 22.23 mm (the most common). Discs with a diameter of over 180 mm are used in industrial conditions;
• stripping discs made of abrasive material (zirconium skin) for removing surface defects, cleaning from rust and dirt, preparing for subsequent processing (grinding, polishing);
• brushes on steel. They are used to remove burrs, rust, plaque, dirt, surface grinding, cleaning the welding site, stripping welding seams. They are used as a nozzle for a drill or other rotating tool.
